Pre-Construction

NWP can implement our Design-Assist program to help your Design Team determine the most cost-effective structural system based on your timeline and budget, not on an individuals preferred brand or vendor, eliminating redesign delays and unnecessary cost increases.
Fabrication
Designing & fabricating in-house from one of our two Panel Plants provides Delivery-on-Demand when the site needs it, not when it's convenient. Working with trusted Vendors & Partners, we keep them accountable throughout the entire process. NWP continuously tries to improve the fabrication schedule to reduce erection time and shorten overall build durations.
Installation
Advanced design, submittal, and fabrication work to ensure no trades onsite wait for our material or scope. This includes our Delivery-on-Demand system, typically having entire floors loaded and waiting to be delivered based on the needs of each jobsite. Safety & Speed define our self-performing installation crews. From submittal to production, and quality-control to erection, we stay focused on every project goal.
